Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of person organization fit (po-fit) and empowerment the career plateau with impact of organization citizenship behavior (ocb) . Objectives of this study were employees Dinas Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan Dan Aset Daerah in distric Batang. The specific purpose of this study was to examine and analyze whether OCB rule mediating influence Person Organizaation Fit (p-o fit) and empowerment to career plateau. The study population were employees of DPPKAD Batang as much as 142 people and the number of respondent of this research were 124 respondent with the minimum criteria tenure of 5 years and high school aducation. Primary reserch data is obtained directly from respondent to the questionnaire. Research methods ising SPSS for windows version 19. As for the method of data analys using regresion analysis and path analisys. Research result show empirical conditions of interesest to be further investigated as follows : po-fit positive and significant effect on ocb, empowering positive and significant impact on ocb, po-fit a significant negative effect on the career plateau, empowering significant negative effect on career plateau, ocb was not significant to career plateau.
