Abstract
The purpose of this study to 1) examine and analyze the influence of entrepreneurship orientation, qualifying employers, and fostering government on toughness businesses, 2) identify and analyze the influence of entrepreneurship orientation, qualification entrepreneurs, fostering government against the marketing performance of UMKM, 3) investigate and analyze the impact toughness of effort on performance marketing UMKM, and 4) examine and analyze the influence of toughness efforts in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation, coaching qualifications employers and government with the marketing performance of UMKM. The hypothesis of this study were 1) motivation, qualifying employers, and fostering government positive and significant impact upon the resilience of the business, 2) entrepreneurship orientation, qualification entrepreneurs, fostering government positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of UMKM, 3) toughness effort positive and significant effect on the UMKM marketing performance, and 4) the toughness of effort to mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation, coaching qualifications employers and government with the marketing performance of UMKM. Subjects in the study were 110 entrepreneurs / owners of UMKM registered with the Department of Cooperatives and S UMKM. This study uses a sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using multiple regression analysis technique , partial test (t-test ), and path analysis. The results showed that 1) the entrepreneurship orientation, qualifications employers, and fostering government positive and significant impact upon the resilience of the business, 2) entrepreneurship orientation, qualification entrepreneurs, fostering government positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of UMKM, 3) toughness effort positive and significant effect on performance UMKM marketing, and 4) the toughness of effort to mediate the relationship between qualified entrepreneurs with marketing performance of UMKM, but does not mediate the relationship between entrepreneurship orientation and guidance of the government by the marketing performance of UMKM.
