Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Engagement, Social Capital on Employee Performance through Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) Case Study of Bank Jateng Kantor pusat. The population in this study was an employee of Bank Jateng Kantor Pusat as many as 293 employees. The samples of this research is 130 employees using Proprtionate Stratified Random Sampling method. The tools used to obtain data related to this study is a list of question or questionnaires. The results showed that (1) Employee engagement significant and positive effect on OCB, (2) Social Capital significant and positive effect on OCB, (3) Employee engagement significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, (4) Social Capital significant and positive effect on Employee Performance, (5) OCB significant and positive effect on Employee Performance.
