Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out the ffict of organizational career manageruent influence, individual career management and compelency on the employees career effictiveness of PT. Bank Ralryat Indonesia (Persero) Cabang Pemalang. Primary data conceming of organizational career management, individual career ffianagement, competency and emplayee^e career ffictiveness are being used to conduct this research. I.he sample of this researclt were 72 employees of a variety af Pt. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Perseor) Cabang Pemalang organizations. Data analyses in this research use the multiple linier regression analyses by using SPSS software. According to these data analyses, find out that organizational career management should be positively and significantly ffict on employees career ffictiveness. Individual career management by partially should be positively and significantly ffict on employees coreer ffictiveness. Competency should be posively and signtficantly ffict on employees career ffictiveness. Finally, is ttiat employees career ffictiveness levet will be greater when Competency, the Individual career management and organizational career management level are being greater.
