Abstract
This research paper investigated the study of English dialect which may be a sign where a person comes from. It evaluated some of the differences between British Dialect and American Dialect. The aims are to find the differences between the two dialects and to find what dialects are used in this movie. The results of the study indicate that both BE and AE are used in the movie. However, British English is mostly used in this movie. It may be because the two main characters are British. American English is used in this movie too. It may be because the producer and also the director are Americans. British English is 92 times spoken by the main character and 121 times spoken by the second character. Meanwhile, American English is 4 times spoken by the main character and once by the second character.
