Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy, motivation and discipline to organizational commitment in the staff CV. Noodles and Ice Palace of Semarang. The population in this study were all staff CV. Noodles and Ice Palace of Semarang which amounted to 102 people. All the members here will be sampled or so-called saturation sampling / census. So the sample size in this study as many as 102 people. This data collection through primary data by distributing questionnaires to research objects and filled directly by the respondent. And secondary data from the archives of the organization / agency and literature. The analytical method used is the reliability of the data, test the feasibility of this model, hypothesis testing t-test and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is the influence of self-efficacy to organizational commitment in the staff CV. Noodles and Ice Palace Semarang seen from the significant value of 0.004 < = 0.05 and a beta value of 0,452. There is the influence of work motivation on organizational commitment in the staff CV. Istana Mie and Ice Semarang seen from the significant value of 0.041 < = 0.05 and beta of 0.350. There is the influence of labor discipline on staff organizational commitment at PT. Istana Mie and Ice Semarang seen from the significant value of 0.004 < = 0.05 and beta of 0.193. Keywords: self-efficacy, motivation, work discipline and organizational commitment
