Abstract
This paper discusses about human capital aspects and its relation to the performance of
business. The accumulation of human capital aspects has contributed to enhance innovation
and business performance. The aspects of human capital are the experiences, skills,
education, networking, training and entrepreneurship. The most previus studies showed that
the relationship between human capital and perfomance is not significant correlation. The
previus research usually only paid attention to the quantitative of human capital
measurement. It will be important to consider the qualitative aspects of human capital, such
as completeness experience, skills, and entrepreneurship.
