Abstract
Work Engagement is an important contributor in employee retention, maintaining
customer satisfaction, and achieving optimal performance in organization. The emergence of
Work Engagement on the employee is related to the leadership style of a leader in generating
extra effort and create job satisfaction for employees. According to the reseach,
transformational leadership proven to increase employee motivation and make employees
satisfied in the work. Employees are not just satisfied to work but they feel proud and
enjoying the work. Therefore, companies that want to be successful, needs to have an
engagement strategy to their employees in order not to lose the best employees.
Organizational culture also contributed in improving the achievement motivation of
employees because they are willing to identify the organization's values into himself in order
to achieve organizational goals through incredible innovation.
