Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang. Karyawan instalasi rawat jalan RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang adalah sebagai populasi dalam penelitian ini yang berjumlah 232 orang . Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagian karyawan instalasi rawat jalan RSUP Dr. Kariadi Semarang yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Kesimpulan dari hasil analisis ini yaitu : (1) apabila motivasi lebih baik maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat, artinya Motivasi Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karywan. (2) kinerja karyawan akan meningkat jika lingkungan kerja memadai, artinya lingkungan Kerja Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. (3) untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, maka pemimpin harus bisa membikin para karyawannya nyaman dalam bekerja, artinya Kepemimpinan Berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. This research aim to test The Influence of Motivation, The Work Environment, and Leadership on Employee performance of RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang. The employees of the outpatient installation staff at RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang is a population in this research totaling 232 people. The sample in this research is that some of outpatient installation staff RSUP Dr Kariadi Semarang amounting to 70 employee. Conclution the analyze that: (1) if the motivation given is better then the employee performance will be more better, the point is motivation give a positive influence and significant to employee performance. (2) the employee performance will be increase if the environment is adequate, the point is : the work environment give a positive influence and significant to employee performance. (3) to increase employment performance, leader should be able to make employees more comfortable at work, the point is leadership give a positif influence and significant to employee performance
