Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Topik ini diambil karena masih rendahnya kualitas sumber daya manusia di Indonesia sehingga mingindikasikan adanya kinerja karyawan yang masih rendah di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang. Dengan demikian, obyek penelitian dalam penulisan ini adalah karyawan di PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Daerah Operasi 4 Semarang yang berjumlah 143 karyawan. Tehnik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) guna mendapatkan informasi. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa menggunakan analisis Kaiser Meyer Olkin (KMO) untuk menguji validitas item pernyataan, rumus cronbach alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas instrumen, analisis regresi untuk menguji besarnya pengaruh secara parsial maupun secara simultan variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) Lingkunga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, (3) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. The purpose of this research analyzes the influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment, Work Motivation to Employee Performance. This topic was taken because of the low quality of human resources in Indonesia so as to indicate the presence of low employee performance in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operating Area 4 Semarang. This research’s population are all employee of PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Operating Area 4 Semarang who numbered 143 employees. The sampling techniques is using purposive sampling with a sample number of 100 respondents. When collecting data, writers use questionnaire to get information. Data were collected then analyzed by Kaiser Meyer Olkin analysis (KMO) for validity test of the statement item, Cronbach Alpha for reliability test, the regression test get the result of the effect from each independent variables on dependent variabel either partially or simultaneously. The results of this research are: (1) Leadership Style has no effect on the employee's performance, (2) Work Environment has a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance, (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant impact on employee perfomance,
