Abstract
Abstrak- Pada Senin 26 Agustus 2019 atau setelah 74 tahun Indonesia merdeka, presiden terpilih Joko Widodo melalui kanal Youtube resmi Sekretariat Presiden mengumumkan bahwa Pemindahan Ibu Kota Indonesia yang baru yaitu di Wilayah Administratif Kabupaten Penajam Paser Utara dan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, Kalimantan Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi Masyarakat Indonesia di Twitter mengenai pemindahan Ibukota dengan menggunakan kata kunci #IbuKotaBaru dan #IbuKotaPindah setelah itu data disimpan dalam database MySQL, lalu dilakukan proses text processing. Proses klasifikasi text dibagi menjadi kelas yang setuju dan tidak setuju tentang pemindahan Ibukota Indonesia. Pengklasifikasian ini menggunakan algoritma Naïve Bayes Classifier. Data yang digunakan sebesar 200 data tweets, yang terdiri dari 159 data training dan 41 data testing menghasilkan akurasi sebesar 78%. Visualisasi menggunakan R Shiny akan menampilkan: tab tabel data asli, tabel data test, histogram, wordcloud serta confusion matrix. Aplikasi web ini dapat diakses pengguna lainnya melalui internet. Abstract- On Monday 26 August 2019 or after 74 years of Indonesian Independence Day, elected president Joko Widodo via the official Youtube channel of the Presidential Secretariat announced that the removal of the new Indonesian Capital was in the Administrative Region of North Penajam Paser Regency and Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan. This study aims to determine the perception of the Indonesian people on Twitter about moving the capital by using the keywords #IbuKotaBaru and #IbuKotaPindah after that the data is stored in a MySQL database, then a text processing is carried out. The text classification process is divided into classes that agree and disagree about the relocation of the Indonesian capital. This classification uses the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. The data used were 200 data tweets, consisting of 159 training data and 41 testing data resulting in an accuracy of 78%. Visualization using R Shiny will display: original data table tab, test data table, histogram, wordcloud and confusion matrix. This web application can be accessed by other users via the internet.
