Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengeruh Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan, dan Porsi Saham Publik terhadap Pengungkapan Laporan Keuangan pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Variabel independennya adalah Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, Umur Perusahaan dan Porsi Saham Publik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufartur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2015-2017. Sampel dari penelitian ini berjumlah 250 perusahaan. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat analisis analisis menngunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Leverage dan Umur Perusahaan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap pengungkapan laporan keuangan sedangkan Ukuran Perusahaan dan Porsi Saham Publik berpengaruh Positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Pengungkapan Laporan Keuangan. This study aims to examine the impact of Leverage, Company Size, Company Age, and Public Share Portion on Disclosure of Financial Statements in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The independent variables are Leverage, Company Size, Company Age and Public Share Portion. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The sample of this research is 250 companies. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. Analytical analysis tools use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that tle Leverage and of the company have a significant negative effect on tne disclosure of financisl statements while the company’s Size and Public Share Portion have a positive and significant effect on the Disclosure of Financial Statement.
