Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bukti secara empiris mengenai Determinan Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah (Studi Empiris Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah) dengan variabel bebas berupa Size, Wealth, Intergovermental Revenue, Leverage, Ukuran Legislatif dan Belanja Modal serta variabel terikatnya adalah Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintah Daerah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2016-2018 yang terdiri dari 29 Kabupaten dan 6 Kota. Sampelnya didapat dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan yang berupa data sekunder LKPD dan LHP Provinsi Jawa Tengah Tahun 2016-2018 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 105. Program SPSS yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 24,0 dengan menggunakan beberapa pengujian diantaranya uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji autokorelasi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji hipotesis yang meliputi analisis regresi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (adjusted R2), uji signifikansi simultan (uji F) dan uji koefisien regresi parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel size, wealth, intergovermental revenue, dan leverage mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah. Sedangkan, variabel ukuran legislatif dan belanja modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja penyelenggaraan pemerintah daerah di Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Jawa Tengah This study aims to analyze empirical evidence about the Determinants of Performance of Local Government Operations (Empirical Study of Regency / City in Central Java Province) with independent variables such as Size, Wealth, Intergovernmental Revenue, Leverage, Legislative Measures and Capital Expenditures and the dependent variable is Government Operational Performance Area. The population in this study were all regencies / cities in Central Java Province in 2016-2018 consisting of 29 regencies and 6 cities. The sample was obtained from the Supreme Audit Agency in the form of secondary data LKPD and LHP Central Java Province in 2016-2018 with a total sample of 105. The SPSS program used was SPSS version 24.0 by using several tests including a classic assumption test which includes a normality test, a test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test then continued with hypothesis testing which includes multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (adjusted R2), simultaneous significance test (F test) and partial regression coefficient test (t test). The results of this study indicate that variable size, wealth, intergovernmental revenue, and leverage have an influence on the performance of local government administration. Meanwhile, the variable size of the legislative and capital expenditure does not affect the performance of local government in the District / City of Central Java Province
