Abstract
Exams arezone way to evaluate thezlearning process. In the world of education examinations are intended to measure the levelzof achievement of a teaching goal and a learning process so that students or related institutions can find out the level of their ability to understand the field of study that has been taken. Along with the development of current technology, the examination system gradually wants to be changed to a computerized exam system so that the examiner no longer checks one by one on the participant's answer sheet and reduces participant cheating. ii This study aims to implement the Fisher-Yates algorithm on randomizing the exam questions so that the exam can avoid cheating and simplify the results of exam evaluation. The system development method in this research is prototype with the stages of identifying user needs, making prototypes with PHP and MySQL, testing prototypes, improving prototypes and developing product versions. The randomization method for online exam questions uses the Fisher-Yates method. The implementation of the Fisher-Yates algorithm for randomizing online exam questions can be used for the randomization process of online exam questions so that online exams can avoid cheating and simplify the results of assessments or exam scores. The total score for the online test score is calculated using the formula for the correct number / number of questions * 100.
