Abstract
Perkembangan era globlisasi tidak lepas dari peran teknologi informasi, salah satunya adalah pembelian laptop secara online. Seringkali, pengguna laptop mengalami kesulitan menentukan laptop yang ingin dibeli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pemilihan laptop terbaik pada toko online dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Penelitian ini menggunakan penggabungan sistem pendukung keputusan SAW dan TOPSIS untuk mendapatkan alternatif berupa laptop terbaik dengan kriteria meliputi; HDD, RAM, prosessor, sistem operasi, dan harga untuk calon pengguna laptop. Kemudian untuk mengetahui nilai kriteria dilakukan pengisian questionnaire dengan jumlah 100 koresponden, kemudian nilai kriteria diambil berdasarkan banyaknya kriteria yang dipilih koresponden. Hasil questionnaire yang digunakan sebagai alternatif yaitu laptop Acer, laptop Asus, laptop Samsung, laptop Lenovo, dan laptop Dell. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa laptop Acer memiliki hasil nilai akhir alternatif sebesar 0.424, laptop Asus memiliki hasil nilai akhir alternatif sebesar 0.420, laptop Samsung memiliki hasil nilai akhir alternatif sebesar 0.471, laptop Lenovo memiliki hasil nilai akhir alternatif sebesar 0.406, dan laptop Dell memiliki hasil nilai akhir alternatif sebesar 0.404. Penerapan metode Simple Additive Weighting dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan hasil bahwa laptop dengan merk Acer memiliki nilai 0,424 dan menjadi rekomendasi laptop terbaik. The development of the globalization era is inseparable from the role of information technology, one of them is the purchase of laptop on online shop. Often, laptop users have difficulty determining which laptop to buy. This study aims to determine the selection of the best laptop in an online store by using a combination of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). This study uses a decision support system Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to obtain alternatives in the form of the best laptops with criteria including; HDD, RAM, processor, operating system and prices for potential laptop users. Then to find out the value of the criteria carried out filling out the questionnaire with the number of 100 correspondents, then the value of the criteria was taken based on the number of criteria chosen by the correspondent. The results of the questionnaire used as an alternative namely Acer laptop, Asus laptop, Samsung laptop, Lenovo laptop, and Dell laptop. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that the Acer laptop has an alternative final value of 0.424, Asus laptop has an alternative final value of 0.420, Samsung laptop has an alternative final value of 0.471, Lenovo laptops has an alternative final value of 0.406, and a laptop dell has an alternative final value of 0.404. Testing methods Simple Additive Weighting dengan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution that have been done show the results that the laptop with the brand Acer has a value of 0.424.
