Abstract
Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh profesionalisme guru, motivasi, dan kompetensi terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Tembalang. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua guru yang mengajar pada SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Tembalang yang berjumlah 102 guru. Peneliti menetapkan jumlah sampel guru pada SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Tembalang yang berjumlah 102 guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah teknik sensus, dimana semua guru yang mengajar pada SMP Negeri Se Kecamatan Tembalang dijadikan sampel. Metode analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi olah data IBM SPSS Statistics versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profesionalisme guru tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. This study examines the effect of teacher professionalism, motivation, and competence on improving teacher performance. This research was conducted at the State Junior High School in Tembalang Sub District. The population in this study were all teachers who taught at State Junior High School at Tembalang Sub District amounting to 102 teachers. Researchers determined the number of teacher samples in State Junior High School in Tembalang Sub District amounting to 102 teachers. The sampling technique used by researchers is the census technique, where all teachers who teach at the State Junior High School in Tembalang Sub District are sampled. Data analysis methods used in this study are validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using data processing applications IBM SPSS Statistics version 20. The results of this study indicate that teacher professionalism has no effect on improving teacher performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on improving teacher performance.
