Abstract
Presensi Kehadiran merupakan salah satu elemen yang penting dalam suatu perkuliahan. Dalam hal ini presensi kehadiran memanfaatkan sebuah Quick Response Code (QR Code) yang digunakan untuk komponen utama dalam pembentukan sistem presensi kehadiran mahasiswa. Karena sebuah keamanan merupakan hal yang penting bagi sistem, apalagi dengan melakukan sebuah presensi yang harus divalidasi kebenarannya, maka dari itu dibuatlah sistem presensi mahasiswa ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengamankan integritas dari sebuah kode yang berbentuk QR Code, agar tidak bisa dipalsukan dan juga meminimalisasi kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan algoritma Message Digest 5 (MD5) dan juga base64. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah sebuah sistem presensi kehadiran yang bisa membuat QR Code dan dapat tervalidasi pada aplikasi mobile scan. Pengacakan kode kelas QR Code dengan MD5 dilakukan untuk mengamankan integritas kelas yang dibuat, sementara base64 digunakan untuk merubah data gambar yang ada di database web admin. ABSTRACT Attendance is one of the important elements in a lecture. In this case the presence presence utilizes a Quick Response Code (QR Code) which is used for the main components in the formation of a student attendance presence system. Because a security is important for the system, especially by doing a presence that must be validated, so this student attendance system was made.The purpose of this study is to secure the integrity of a code in the form of a QR Code, so that it cannot be falsified and also minimize fraud committed by students. In this study using the Message Digest 5 (MD5) algorithm and also base64. The results of this study are a presence attendance system that can create QR codes and can be validated on a mobile scan application. Randomization of the QR Code class code with MD5 is done to secure the integrity of the class created, while base64 is used to change the image data in the web admin database.
