Abstract
PT Transportasi Jakarta merupakan salah satu perusahaan milik BUMD (Badan Usaha Milik Daerah) DKI Jakarta yang bergerak di bidang transportasi umum. Banyaknya sub kegiatan pada kegiatan bisnisnya menyebabkan sulit terkontrolnya antara anggaran yang disediakan dengan anggaran yang digunakan. Selain itu, belum adanya pelaporan dalam bentuk ringkas dan grafik sehingga sulit untuk melakukan analisis terhadap data yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan implementasi data warehouse dalam bentuk dashboard melalui proses OLAP untuk menghasilkan informasi mengenai serapan anggaran. Analisis yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan melakukan perumusan masalah, penelitian, pengumpulan data, penyusunan data warehouse dan dashboard yang berdasar pada metode Four Design Step Model Kimball. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terbentuknya data warehouse dan dashboard yang menyajikan informasi mengenai nilai serapan anggaran pada kegiatan proses bisnis yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk grafik. Abstract PT Transportasi Jakarta is one of the companies owned by the DKI Jakarta BUMD (Regional Owned Enterprises) which is engaged in public transportation. The number of sub-activities in business activities makes it difficult to control between the budget provided and the budget used. In addition, there is no reporting in concise and graphical form so it is difficult to conduct an analysis of existing data. The purpose of this research is to implement a data warehouse in the form of a dashboard through the OLAP process to produce information about budget absorption. Analysis conducted in this research is to do the formulation of problems, research, data collection, data warehouse preparation and dashboard based on the Kimball Model Four Design Step method. The results of this study are the formation of a data warehouse and dashboard that presents information about the value of budget absorption in business process activities that are displayed in graphical form, making it easier for related parties to analyze the information obtained.
