Abstract

Latar belakang penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fast Manufacturing Karanganyar Semarang”. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah karyawan produksi yang berjumlah 720 karyawan, perhitungan sampel dihitung dengan rumus slovin dan mendapat hasil 87 sebagai responden. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode “Convenience Sampling”. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis “Regresi Linier Berganda”. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : “1).Motivasi kerja tidakberpengaruhpositif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fast Manufacturing Karanganyar Semarang. 2).Lingkungan kerja berpengaruhpositif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fast Manufacturing Karangayar Semarang. 3).Pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Fast Manufacturing Karanganyar Semarang”. The background of this study was to study “Work motivation increase to employee performance, work environment increase to employee performance and career development on the employee performance of the PT. Fast Manufacturing Karanganyar Semarang”. The study population was 720 production employee, samples calculation with Slovin formula with the results of 87 respondents. The sampling technique using “Convenience Sampling”. This research uses “Multiple Linear Regression” analysis. The result of the study show that:“1).Work motivation does not have a significant positiveeffect on employee performance of the PT. Fast Manufacturing Kranganyar Semarang. 2).Work environment has a significant positive effect on employee performance of the PT. Fast Manufacturing Karanganyar Semarang. 3).Career development has no significant positive effect on employee performance of the PT. Fast Manufacturing Karanganyar Semarang”.
