Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan dan citra perusahaan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan serta dampaknya pada loyalitas di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Boja Makmur,Kendal. Populasi pada penelitian ini ialah anggota di KSP Boja Makmur,Kendal berjumlah 100 responden yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini mengajukan tiga hipotesis yang diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan regresi linear dengan aplikasi SPSS versi 24. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil bahwa kualitas layanan dan citra perusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan selanjutnya kepuasan pelangan This study examines the effect of service quality and company image on customer satisfaction and its impact on loyalty at Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Boja Makmur, Kendal. The population in this study were members of KSP Boja Makmur, Kendal totaling 100 respondents taken using a sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This study proposes three hypotheses tested using validity, reliability and linear regression tests with SPSS application version 24.
