Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh UkuranPPerusahaan, Likuiditas,PProfitabilitas danRRisiko Bisnis terhadap Struktur Modal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh PerusahaanMManufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2016-2018. Teknik pemilihan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 153 Perusahaan Manufaktur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen UkuraPPerusahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal,LLikuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal ,PProfitabilitas berpengaruh negative signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal danRRisiko bisnis tidak berpengaruh terhadap Struktur Modal. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Company Size, Liquidity, Profitability and Business Risk on Capital Structure. The population of this study is all Manufaktur Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchage 2016-2018. Sample selection techniques with purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 153 Manufacturing Companies. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The analysis shows that the independent variable CompanySSize has a significant positive effect on Capital Structure,LLiquidity has not a on Capital Structure, Pprofitability has a significant negative on Capital Structure and BusinessSRisk has a significant positive effect on Capital Structure.
