Abstract
Persediaan adalah suatu aset dalam bentuk barang maupun perlengkapan untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional perusahaan. PT Indonesia Comnet Plus merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang telekomunikasi. Pengendalian persediaan barang di perusahaan ini meliputi perangkat atau tools yang digunakan dalam pembangunan jaringan maupun pemeliharaan jaringan Dalam proses penentuan persediaan prioritas pembelian tools dan monitoring penggunaan tools masih menggunakan cara pembukuan. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sistem yang bertujuan untuk menangani masalah tersebut. Metode Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) merupakan metode yang dianggap lebih baik dalam proses manajemen persediaan tools secara maksimal. Hasil pengujian dibuktikan bahwa metode fuzzy AHP memiliki tingkat kepentingan kriteria sehingga nilai bobot yang dihasilkan lebih detail. Metode fuzzy AHP dapat diterapkan dalam manajemen persediaan tools pada aplikasi monitoring tools di PT Indonesia Comnet Plus SBU Semarang. Inventory is an asset in the form of goods and equipment to support the company's operations. PT Indonesia Comnet Plus is a company engaged in telecommunications. Inventory control in the company includes devices or tools used in network construction and network maintenance. In the process of determining inventory priority, purchasing tools and monitoring the use of tools still use bookkeeping. Therefore a system that aims to deal with these problems is needed. Fuzzy AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is a method that is considered better in the process of inventory management tools to the maximum. The test results prove that the fuzzy AHP method has a criterion of importance so that the resulting weight value is more detailed. Fuzzy AHP method can be applied in inventory management tools in monitoring tools applications at PT Indonesia Comnet Plus SBU Semarang.
