Abstract
Setiap tahun pelanggan Indihome semakin meningkat dan tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya dampak di balik itu semua, salah satunya yaitu gangguan terhadap layanan Indihome. Teknisi yang terbatas jumlahnya dan pada devisi masing masing yang berbeda mengakibatkan pekerjaan mereka tertunda karena jumlah gangguan yang semakin banyak. Untuk mengatasi hal itu dibangunlah sistem pakar tersebut mampu menentukan tindakan apa yang harus diambil oleh teknisi ketika terjadi gangguan beserta penanganan gangguan tersebut secara dini dengan menerapkan sistem pakar dengan metode pairwise comparison dan algoritma similaritas Nei & Lie. Representasi pengetahuan yang digunakan menggunakan representasi berbasis kasus (cased based reasoning) dengan metode pairwise comparison menghasilkan bobot dengan 3 kategori gejala yaitu gejala ringan dengan bobot 0,09, gejala sedang dengan bobot 0,24 dan gejala berat dengan bobot 0,67 dan algoritma similaritas Nei & Lie dan aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP dan MySQL. Implementasi metode pairwise comparison pada rekomendasi perbaikan gangguan layanan Indihome dengan algoritma similaritas Nei & Lie berbobot akan merekomendasikan beberapa kerusakan dengan similaritas diatas 0,5 dan kerusakan dengan similaritas dibawah 0,5 akan dimasukkan ke dalam tabel revise untuk dicarikan solusi.xiii Every year Indihome customers are increasing and it does not rule out the possibility of an impact behind it all, one of which is the disruption to Indihome services. The number of interruptions that sometimes have to involve technicians from different divisions to deal with the disruptions that cause work to be delayed.To overcome this problem, an expert system was built to be able to determine the actions that must be taken by the technician when interference occurs simultaneously with the handling of interference by applying an expert system with a pairwise comparison method and Nei & Lie similarity the algorithm. Knowledge representation used using case-based representation (cased based reasoning) with the pairwise comparison method produces weights with 3 categories of symptoms namely mild symptoms with a weight of 0.09, moderate symptoms with a weight of 0.24 and severe symptoms with a weight of 0.67 and a similarity algorithm Nei & Lie and applications are created using PHP and MySQL programming. The implementation of pairwise comparisonmethod on the recommendation of repairing Indihome service interruption with weighted Nei & Lie similarity algorithm will recommend some damage with similarity above 0.5 and damage with similarity below 0.5 will be included in the revise table to find a solution.
