Abstract
Beasiswa merupakan sebuah bantuan berupa keringanan biaya pendidikan yang akan membantu seseorang yang sedang menepuh jenjang pendidikan. Di SMP Mataram Semarang pun juga memiliki sebuah program pemberian beasiswa. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pemilihan beasiswa yang digunakan sebelumnya masih menggunakan sistem manual. Sistem ini dinilai belum optimal dalam segi ketepatan penentuan yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu peneliti berupaya untuk memberikan solusi pada permasalahan dalam pemberian beasiswa Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Fuzzy ELECTRE agar dapat membantu SMP Mataram dalam memberikan beasiswa.Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Fuzzy ELECTRE. Dalam melakukan pemilaian juga terdapat beberapa kriteria yang digunakan, diantaranya nilai pengetahuan, nilai ketrampilan, nilai spiritual, nilai sosial, dan keaktifan. Kriteria tersebut akan digunakan sebagai variabel linguistik dalam Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN). Masing masing kriteria memilki tingkat kepentingan yang berbeda-beda. Sistem ini dibuat berbasis WEB dengan bahasa pemrogaman PHP dan HTML.Hasil sistem pendukung keputusan pemberian beasiswa di SMP Mataram dapat digunakan untuk memberikan rekomendasi siswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa dengan melihat hasil perangkingan dari perhitungan sistem yang menggunakan metode Fuzzy ELECTRE. Keluaran informasi rangking yang didapat antara perhitungan manual dengan perhitungan pada sistem telah sama dengan peringkat pertama diperoleh Anisa dengan nilai akhir 8,112, peringkat kedua Noval dengan nilai akhir 6,784, dan peringkat ketiga Rizky dengan nilai akhir 3,369. Scholarships are aids in the form of educational fee waivers that will help someone who is studying at an educational level. In Semarang Mataram Junior High School also has a scholarship program. In general the problem that occurs is that the selection of scholarships used previously still uses the manual system. This system is considered not optimal in terms of the accuracy of the resulting determination. Therefore, the researcher seeks to provide solutions to problems in awarding scholarships. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system using the Fuzzy ELECTRE method in order to help Mataram Middle School in providing scholarships. The method used is the Fuzzy ELECTRE method. In evaluating, there are also several criteria used, including the value of knowledge, value of skills, spiritual values, social values, and activeness. These criteria will be used as linguistic variables in Triangular Fuzzy Number (TFN). Each criterion has a different level of importance. This system is made based on WEB with the programming language PHP and HTML. The results of the decision support system for scholarships in SMP Mataram can be used to provide recommendations for students who are entitled to receive scholarships by looking at the ranking results of system calculations using the Fuzzy ELECTRE method. The output ranking information obtained between manual calculations with calculations on the system is the same as the first rank obtained by Anisa with a final score of 8.112, the second ranking of Noval with a final score of 6,784, and the third rank of Rizky with a final value of 3,369
