Abstract
Dalam dunia usaha, komputer sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang wajib dimiliki untuk menjaga perkembangan perusahaan itu sendiri. Peranan komputer sebagai alat bantu saat ini sudah tidak di ragukan lagi. Komputer seperti yang kita ketahui berguna sebagai media penerima, penyimpanan, dan pengolahan data. Komputer juga memiliki peranan sebagai alat bantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan. Uayolshop adalah online shop yang memasarkan produk produk fashion wanita di media sosial. Dengan banyaknya online shop yang sekarang sangat sulit untuk dapat bertahan dari ketatnya persaingan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan cara untuk dapat menjaga para reseller agar tidak berpindah ke online shop lain. Salah satu cara yang digunakan oleh Uayolshop yaitu dengan memberikan rewards pada reseller yang ada saat ini. Tetapi dalam menentukan syarat dan ketentuan bagi reseller yang pantas diberikan rewards secara manual terkadang banyak terjadi kesalahan. Pada penelitian ini penulis akan mengimplementasikan suatu aplikasi pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu uayolshop dalam menentukan reseller terbaiknya dengan menerapkan salah satu metode yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar dalam perhitungan sistem tersebut. In the business world, computers have become a must-have requirement to maintain the development of the company itself. The role of computers as a tool is no longer in doubt. Computers as we know them are useful as media for receiving, storing, and processing data. Computers also have a role as a tool in the decision making process. Uayolshop is an online shop that markets women's fashion products on social media. With so many online shops now it is very difficult to survive the intense competition. Therefore, we need a way to be able to keep the resellers from moving to other online shops. One of the methods used by Uayolshop is by giving rewards to existing resellers. But in determining the terms and conditions for resellers who deserve to be given rewards manually sometimes there are many mistakes. In this study, the writer will implement a decision support application that can help uayolshop in determining the best reseller by applying one of the methods that will be used as a basis in calculating the system.
