Abstract

Listrik merupakah hal yang sangat diperlukan pada saat ini, Gardu induk merupakan titik pengaturan beban pada listrik yang ada disekitar kita, Supervisory Control And Data Acquistion (SCADA) 20kv adalah suatu layanan pengatur beban di Gardu Induk (GI) , salah satunya milik PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) yang jaringanya di kelola oleh PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) yang memiliki link main sebagai link utama dan link backup sebagai link cadangan jika link main down . Maka dari itu layanan SCADA 20kv sangatlah riskan jika link untuk mengatur beban sampai down dua kaki ( link main dan backup down) , untuk pembangunan link haruslah sangat teliti dan untuk kelayakanya haruslah di pertimbangkan dengan baik, oleh karena itu peneliti membuat sistem rekomendasi untuk menentukan kelayakan link backup SCADA 20kv menggunakan decision tree c4.5 yang harapanya agar uji kelayakan SCADA 20kv lebih cepat dan mudah dengan beberapa keriteria yang sudah di tentukan sebelumnya. Electricity is an indispensable thing at this time. The substation is a point of regulation of the load on the electricity that is around us, Supervisory Control And Data Acquistion (SCADA) 20kv is a load regulating service at Gardu Induk (GI), one of which belongs to PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) whose network is managed by PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON +) which has the main link as the main link and the backup link as the backup link if the main link is down. Therefore the SCADA 20kv service is very risky if the link to manage the load is down to two feet (the main link and backup down), for link building must be very thorough and for feasibility must be considered well, therefore researchers make a recommendation system to determine the feasibility SCADA 20kv backup link uses decision tree c4.5 which hopes that the SCADA 20kv feasibility test is faster and easier with some predetermined needs.xv
