Abstract
Sudah saatnya hotel menggunakan kemajuan teknologi komputer, baik perangkat lunak atau perangkat keras dalam upaya penanganan manajemen yang sebelumnya masih secara manual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat program aplikasi penilaian kualitas jasa hotel, dengan adanya program aplikasi penilaian kualitas jasa hotel maka akan membantu managemen hotel dalam meningkatkan pelayanan hotel secara maksimal. Pada program aplikasi penilaian kualitas jasa ini menggunakan metode AHP (analytical hierarchy process) untuk menentukan nilai bobot kriteria. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah program aplikasi penilaian kualitas jasa yang dimana hasil dari program tersebut adalah rekapitulasi penilaian pelayanan kualitas jasa Hotel. It is time for the hotel to use advances in computer technology, both software and hardware in an effort to handle management that was previously still manually. This study aims to create a hotel service quality appraisal application program, with a hotel service quality appraisal application program will help hotel management in maximizing hotel services. In the service quality assessment application program uses the AHP (analytical hierarchy process) method to determine the weighting of criteria values . The final result of this study is a service quality appraisal application program where the results of the program is recapitulation of hotel service quality service assessments.
