Abstract

ABSTRAK Seiring perkembangan waktu, aset merupakan barang penting bagi sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Apabila pengelolaan aset tidak didata dengan tepat maka akan menimbulkan kerugian pada sebuah organisasi seperti kesalahan informasi hingga kehilangan aset. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya pengelolaan aset yang benar agar menghasilkan manfaat lebih bagi sebuah organisasi. AsetIT merupakan sistem yang berfokus pada pengelolaan aset yang berhubungan dengan bidang IT (Information Technology). Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah prototype dengan serangkaian tahapan proses dalam pembentukan sistem meliputi komunikasi, perencanaan kebutuhan fungsional dan non fungsional, pemodelan menggunakan Data Flow Diagram, perancangan database, dan perancangan interfaces. Tahap selanjutnya setelah permodelan adalah konstruksi sistem, dan penyerahan sistem pada tahap terakhir. Sistem dibangun dengan bahasa pemprogaman PHP, MySQL sebagai pusat database, dan framework laravel digunakan untuk kerangka kerja pembuatan sistem. Hasil implementasi dari sistem AsetIT adalah sistem dapat mengelola aset dengan detail yang terstruktur, memudahkan pengguna untuk melakukan export laporan dan menghasilkan informasi yang berguna bagi organisasi. Sistem memiliki hak akses yang berbeda-beda sehingga dapat mempermudah pengguna untuk melakukan pencarian informasi aset. Kata Kunci : Aset, Data Flow Diagram, PHP, MySQL, Framework Laravel. ABSTRACT Over time, assets are important items for an organization or company. If the management of assets are not recorded properly it will cause losses to an organization such as misinformation to loss of assets. Therefore need for proper assets management in order to produce more benefits for an organization. AsetIT is a system that focuses on managing assets related to IT (Information Technology). The design method used is prototype with a series of process stages in forming the system covers communication, planning functional and non functional requirements, modeling using Data Flow Diagrams, database design, and interfaces design. The next stage after modeling is the system construction, and the system submission at the last stage. The system is built with the PHP programming language, MySQL as the database center, and laravel framework used for the system development framework. The result of the implementation of the AsetIT system is a system can manage assets in structured detail, make it easy for users to export reports and create information that is useful for the organization. The system has different access rights making it easier for users to search for asset information.
