Abstract

Event organizer pada saat ini sudah bisa memanfaatkan sosmed sebagai media pemasaran serta promosi, akan tetapi peneliti melihat kekurangan yang ada, yaitu event organizer hanya dapat memberikan informasi seputar event mereka hanya kepada orang yang telah mengikuti akun sosmed mereka. Dari sisi pencari event sendiri masih kurang mendapatkan informasi kuota tersisa. Dalam proses pembuatan aplikasi ini peneliti menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype dinilai lebih cocok digunakan dalam mengembangkan aplikasi ini dikarenakan banyaknya evaluasi dalam pengujian sistem yang akan dibuat. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis web yang didalam sistem tersebut akan memiliki beberapa fitur yang mempermudah event organizer dalam mengelola kegiatan yang akan diselenggarakkan. Serta mempermudah pencari event dalam mendapatkan informasi tentang seputar event yang akan dihadiri. ABSTRACT Event organizers can now use social media as marketing and promotional media, but researchers see the shortcomings, that event organizers can only provide information about their events only to people who have followed their social media viii accounts. From the search side of the event itself still lacks the remaining quota information. In the process of making this application the researchers used the prototype system development method considered more suitable to be used in developing this application because of the many evaluations in testing the system to be made. This research resulted in a web-based application that in the system will have several features that facilitate the event organizer in managing what will be held. And make it easier for event seekers to get information about events to be attended.
