Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan merancang sistem informasi yang dapat menyediakan sebuah informasi yang tepat, cepat dan tentunya akurat. Sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan atau boros waktu dan tenaga. Pembuatan sistem ini juga untuk mempermudah, meningkatkan akses, mengurangi biaya dalam proses pemesanan jahitan. Dengan adanya sistem pengelolaan proses produksi jahitan ini diharapkan pada proses pendataan penjadwalan proses pemesanan tidak menumpuk.Dalam pembuatan sistem pengelolaan proses produksi yang diusulkan yaitu class diagram, use case diagram, state diagram, spesifikasi database, perencanaan proses dan rencana implementasi sistem. Berdasarkan penelitian dan hasil analisa yang dilakukan oleh penulis, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan adanya penerapan komputerisasi dalam pengelolaan proses produksi dapat memberi informasi yang akurat dan dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu. Karena sebelumnya sistem masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan memperlambat proses kerja. Abstract This study aims to analyze and design information systems that can provide precise, fast and certainly accurate information. So there is no error or waste of time and energy. Making this system is also to simplify, increase access, reduce costs in the process of ordering stitches. With the management of the seam production process, it is expected that the data collection process for scheduling the order process will not pile up. In making the proposed production process management system, namely class diagrams, use case diagrams, state diagrams, database specifications, process planning and system implementation plans. Based on research and analysis results conducted by the author, it can be concluded that with the application of computerization in the management of the production process can provide accurate information and can be completed on time. Because previously the system was still done manually, so it took a long time and slowed down the work process.
