Abstract

Masyarakat mijen seringkali kebingungan dan kesusahan dalam mencari toko bangunan. Meskipun masyarakat mijen sudah mendapat informasi dari kerabat namun saat masyarakat menuju toko bangunan tersebut masyarakat seringkali kesusahan menemukan toko bangunan tersebut bahkan jika menemukan toko bangunan tersebut bisa saja barang yang dicari tidak disediakan pada toko bangunan tersebut. Dari permasalahan tersebut dibutuhkan suatu aplikasi android yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari dan menampilkan informasi toko bangunan seperti alamat, nomor telepon dan daftar barang yang dijual di wilayah Mijen Semarang dengan menggunakan metode pencarian biner (binary search) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun suatu aplikasi pada platform Android yang dapat memudahkan masyarakat untuk mencari informasi lokasi toko bangunan di wilayah Mijen Semarang menjadi lebih mudah dengan metode pencarian biner. Sistem pencarian toko bangunan berbasis Android dapat digunakan untuk mencari informasi lokasi toko bangunan di wilayah Mijen Semarang menjadi lebih mudah dengan metode pencarian biner serta menampilkan informasi nama, alamat, nomor telepon, barang yang dijual, barang terlaris lokasi atau rute toko bangunan jika aplikasi dapat menemukan posisi pengguna saat ini. Untuk selanjutnya penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan dengan menambahkan dengan layanan peta lokasi offline. Abstract Mijen people are often confused and distressed in finding a building shop. Athought the Mijen community has received information from relatives, when the community goes to the building shop, the community often finds it difficult to find the building shop, even if they find the building store, the items sought may not be provided at the building store. From these problems an android application such xiiias addresses, telephone numbers and list of items sold in the Semarang Mijen area by using the binary search method. This research aims to build an application on the Android platform that can make it easier for people to find information about the location of building shop in the Mijen area of Semarang to be easier with binary methods. The android-based building shop search system can be used to find information on the location of building shop in the Mijen area of Semarang made easier by binary search methods and displayinformation on names, addresses, telephone numbers, goods sold, be selling locations or routes of building stores if the application can find current user position. Henceforth this research can be developed by adding an offline location map services.
