Abstract

PT.Haracom merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang Distributor Penjualan Aksesoris Komputer di Kota Semarang. Sistem penjualan yang berjalan saat ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu distributor (konsumen) yang ingin membeli barang harus datang langsung atau menelpon kebagian admin penjualan. Sistem penjualan yang terjadi pada PT.Haracom Semarang juga memiliki beberapa kendala yaitu proses pencatatan penjualan masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga sering mengakibatkan terjadinya kesalahan pada saat pendataan laporan penjualan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan dan membangun Sistem E-Commerce B2B (Business To Business) pada PT.Haracom Semarang. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan wawancara. Adapun tools yang digunakan untuk membuat Sistem E-Commerce B2B (Business To Business) pada PT.Haracom Semarang ini menggunakan Unified Modelling Languange. Sedangkan bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Dari penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem E-Commerce B2B (Business To Business) pada PT.Haracom Semarang. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan sistem yang dibangun dapat mempermudah dalam proses transaksi penjualan, laporan penjualan serta pencatatan dan penyimpanan data barang agar lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat. Hasil penelitian ini akan dapat membantu konsumen (distributor) dan perusahaan dalam melakukan proses penjualan dan pembelian barang secara online dengan cepat dan mudah. ABSTRACT PT. Haracom is a company engaged in the Distributor of Computer Accessories Sales in the City of Semarang. The sales system that is running at this time is still using conventional methods, namely distributors (consumers) who want to buy goods must come directly or call to the sales admin. The sales system that occurs at PT.Haracom Semarang also has several obstacles, namely the process of recording sales is still done manually, so it often results in errors when recording sales reports. The purpose of this research is to describe and build a B2B (Business To Business) E-Commerce System at PT. Haracom Semarang. In this study using data collection methods namely observation and interviews. The tools used to make B2B (Business To Business) E-Commerce System at PT. Haracom Semarang use Unified Modeling Language and system development using the waterfall method. While the programming language used is using PHP and Database uses MySQL. From this study produced a B2B (Business To Business) E-Commerce System at PT. Haracom Semarang. This research concludes that the system built can facilitate the process of sales transactions, sales reports as well as recording and storing data data so that it is faster, more precise and accurate. The results of this study will be able to help consumers (distributors) and companies in the process of selling and purchasing goods online quickly and easily.
