Abstract

Sistem presensi merupakan salah satu hal yang sangat penting di lingkunag perguruan tinggi, khusus nya sistem presensi mahasiswa yang di lakukan dengan menggunakan Qr code. Sitem presensi ini digunakan untuk mengetahui kehadiran mahasiswa setiap harinya. Dalam dunia pendidikan, daftar kehadiran atau presensi menjadi faktor penting yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kegiatan belajar mengajar. Proses presensi yang berjalan saat ini masih manual yaitu menggunakan kertas sehingga cara ini tidak efektif karena dapat di memanipulasi, sehingga data presensi kurang dapat dijamin validitasnya. Perlu dibangun sistem informasi presensi yang dapat mengetahui kebutuhan informasi dan meningkatkan keakuratan data mahasiswa. Presensi merupakan faktor penting yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kegiatan belajar mengajar dan evaluasi. Perlu dibangun sistem informasi yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dan meningkatkan keakuratan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah sistem informasi presensi dengan memanfaatkan Qr code lebih baik dengan sistem presensi konvesional yang selama ini digunakan. Kebutuhan informasi yang sangat cepat dan akurat. Qr code merupakan suatu jenis kode batang dua dimensi yang di kembangkan, Qr code ini biasanya juga di sebut dengan quick responce atau respon yang cepat. Sistem yang akan dibuat ini sistem presensi menggunakan Qr code pada mahasiswa, sistem ini hanya ditujukan untuk mahasiswa, membantu agar mahasiswa tidak berani menitip presensi dan menciptakan rasa disiplin pada mahasiswa Abstact The presence system is one of the most important things in the university environment, especially the student presence system that is done by using the Qr code. This presence system is used to determine the presence of students every day. In the world of education, attendance is an important factor that cannot be separated from teaching and learning activities. The presence process that is currently running is still manual, using paper so that this method is not effective because it can be manipulated, so the presence data is lacking of validity guaranteed. Presence information systems need to be built that can find out information needs and improve the accuracy of student data. Presence is an important factor that cannot be separated from teaching and learning activities and evaluation. Information systems need to be built that can meet the needs and improve data accuracy. This study aims to test whether the presence information system by utilizing the Qr code is better with the conventional presence system that has been used. Very fast and accurate information needs. Qr code is a type of two-dimensional barcode that was developed, this Qr code is usually also called a quick response or fast response. The system that will be created is a presence system using Qr code on students, this system is only intended for students, helping students not dare to attend presence and creating a sense of discipline in students.
