Abstract

Permasalahan yang peneliti temukan pada Koperasi Nasari saat ini adalah ketiadaan support teknologi untuk sistem informasinya. Pelayanan transaksi yang sekarang ini berjalan masih dilakukan secara manual, hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari proses transaksi simpan pinjam, pembayaran angsuran, dan pengolahan data anggota. Dimana pada proses manual tersebut sering terjadi salah pencatatan, arsip data yang sulit dicari dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan sistem informasi koperasi simpan pinjam pada Koperasi Nasari yang dapat digunakan untuk melakukan pengolahan data simpan pinjam sehingga proses transaksi dan pengelolaan data Koperasi Nasari menjadi lebih cepat, mudah, dan akurat. Metode pengembangan system pada penelitian ini adalah prototype, desain menggunakan DFD dan ERD sedangkan pembuatan system menggunakan PHP dan MySQL. Sistem informasi simpan pinjam pada Koperasi Nasari berbasis web dapat menghitung denda keterlambatan angsuran secara otomatis dan dapat digunakan untuk menghitung pelunasan angsuran sebelum jatuh tempo sehingga dapat mempercepat kinerja admin dalam pengolahan data simpan pinjam. Untuk selanjutnya penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi platform android dan dilakukan manajemen yang baik dan teratur terhadap sistem informasi yang diterapkan, hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya pemeliharaan terhadap sistem Abstract The problem that researchers found in the Nasari Cooperative today is the lack of technological support for the information system. Transaction services that are currently running are still done manually, this can be seen from the process of savings and loan transactions, installment payments, and data processing members. Where the manual process often occurs wrong recording, data archives are difficult to find and so forth. This study aims to produce a savings and loan cooperative information system at the Nasari Cooperative that can be used to process savings and loan data so that the transaction process and data management of the Nasari Cooperative become faster, easier, and more accurate. The system development method in this research is prototype, the design uses DFD and ERD while the manufacturing system uses PHP and MySQL. The savings and loan information system in the web-based Nasari Cooperative can calculate the installment delay penalty automatically and can be used to calculate the repayment of the installments before maturity so as to accelerate the admin's performance in processing savings and loan data. Henceforth, this research can be developed into an Android platform and good and regular management of the information system is implemented, this is done as an effort to maintain the system.
