Abstract
Sistem Informasi Posyandu Online ( SIPOL ) studi kasus : desa Sukomulyo Kabupaten Kendal adalah sistem yang dibuat untuk memudahkan bidan maupun pasien untuk mengetahui berat badan balita setiap satu bulan sekali dan juga grafik perkembangan si balita, lalu juga penanganan penyakit yang diderita pasien lansia dengan keluhan-keluhan penyakit yang dialaminya serta perekapan data dari pasien balita dan pasien lansia. Perekapan data masih manual, masih ditulis di buku dan juga perekapan data pasien balita berupa berat badan dan bulan penimbangan masih ditulis di buku kesehatan ibu dan anak ( KIA). Hal ini mempersulit bidan dalam proses pencarian. Sistem ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem prototype. Sistem ini dibangun dengan berbasis web mobile dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, CSS, Javascript dan Mysql yang dapat digunakan untuk hal perekapan data pasien balita dan pasien lansia, pelaporan. Harapannya penangan kesehatan di posyandu di desa sukomulyo kabupaten kendal akan mendapat solusi untuk mengetahui permasalah dalam hal perekapan data pasien balita dan pasien lansia lewat sebuah sistem informasi. Serta bisa memberikan informasi laporan kesehatan pasien balita dan pasien lansia. ABSTRACT Posyandu Online Information System (SIPOL) case study: Sukomulyo village, Kendal Regency is a system designed to make it easier for midwives and patients to monitor the weight of toddlers once a month and also graphs the development of the toddler, as well as handling diseases suffered by elderly patients with complaints complaints of illness they experienced and data collection from patients under five and elderly patients. Recording data is still manual, it is still written in books and also the recording of toddler patient data in the form of bodies and weighing months is still written in the maternal and child health (KIA) book. This made it difficult for the midwife in the search process.. This system is built using the prototype system development method. This system is built on a mobile web based using the programming language PHP, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL which can be used for data recording of toddlers and elderly patients, reporting. The hope is that health care workers at the posyandu in the village of Sukomulyo, Kendal district will get a solution to see the problem in terms of data recording of toddlers and elderly patients through an information system. And can provide information on the health reports of toddlers and elderly patients
