Abstract
Dalam rangka memberikan penghargaan kepada kelompok pendonor. PMI Kota Semarang menggunakan kriteria penilaian jumlah donasi secara kolektif pertahun. Sehingga untuk kelompok pendonor dari masyarakat tidak dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan. PMI Kota semarang melakukan evaluasi dengan pembagian kelompok donor menjadi beberapa kategori yaitu instansi, industri, rumah ibadah, kelompok masyarakat, kampus atau sekolah. Dengan sistem ini kelompok pendonor dari masyarakat berpeluang mendapatkan penghargaan tersebut namun tikak dapat dibandingkan dengan kategori lain. Sehingga diperlukan kriteria lain sebagai penilaian yang dapat di penuhi semua kelompok donor. Kriteria lainya adalah jumlah petugas, kebersihan, keamanan, pencahayaan, kenyamanan, dan fasilitas pendukung. Penyelesaian penilaian multikriteria pada permaslahan ini, menggunakan algoritma simple addivtive weighting dan menghasilkan sebuah sistem berbasis web. In order to reward donor groups. PMI Semarang City uses the criteria for assessing the number of donations collectively per year. So that the donor group from the community cannot compete with the company. PMI Semarang City conducted an evaluation by dividing donor groups into several categories, namely agencies, industries, houses of worship, community groups, campuses or schools. With this system donor groups from the community have the opportunity to get the award but tikak can be compared with otherxiv categories. So that other criteria are needed as an assessment that can be fulfilled by all donor groups. Other criteria are the number of officers, cleanliness, security, lighting, comfort, and supporting facilities. The completion of the multi-criteria assessment on this problem uses a simple addivtive weighting algorithm and produces a webbased system.
