Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kemandirian keuangan dan Perbandingan Kabupaten atau Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur tahun 2016-2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Kabupaten atau Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur tahun 2016-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan jumlah Kabupten atau Kota yang memiliki tingkat kemandirian diatas 50% untuk Jawa Tengah hanya ada 1 Kabupaten atau Kota, sedangkan untuk Jawa Timur ada 3 Kabupaten atau Kota. Dengan demikian Jawa Timur lebih unggul dibanding Jawa Tengah. Meskipun begitu tingkat kemandirian Kabupaten atau Kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Jawa Timur mengalami peningkatan dari tahun 2016-2017. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of financial independence and Comparison of District or City in Central Java and East Java Provinces in 2016-2017. The sample in this study a district or city in Central Java and East Java in 2016-2017. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistic Agency (BPS) of Central Java and East Java Provinces. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistic. The results of this study are based on the number of districts or cities that have a level of independence above 50% for Central Java, there are only 1 Regency or City, while for East Java there are 3 Regencies or Cities. Thus East Java is superior to Central Java. Even so the level of independence of District or Cities in Central Java and East Java Provinces has increased from 2016-2017.
