Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja polisi.Objek penelitian ini adalah polisi yang bertugas di Kantor Polsek Gayamsari Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus yang artinya teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, yang terdiri dari 90 sampel. Jenis data adalah data kualitas. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan wawancara serta dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. 2) Kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. 3) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, work ability and organizational commitment on police performance.The object of this research is the police on duty at the Gayamsari Police Office in Semarang. The sampling technique uses the census method, which means that the sampling technique is when all members of the population are used as a sample, which consists of 90 samples. The type of data is quality data. The data collection methods used in this study were questionnaires and interviews and were analyzed using multiple linear regression.Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that 1) work motivation has a positive effect on performance. 2) Work ability has a positive effect on performance. 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive effect on performance.
