Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis disiplin kerja pegawai pada PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Pusat Ungaran 50500. Namun disiplin yang seharusnya merupakan kewajiban dari setiap pegawai tetapi untuk saat ini disiplin dilakukan karena agar pegawai mendapatkan reaksi positif dari pimpinan atau atasan yang berwenang dari setiap departemen ataupun kepala kantor. Hal tersebut dapat memicu kurang maksimalnya disiplin kerja pegawai yang terjadi pada PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Pusat Ungaran 50500. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah stratified sampling, dimana responden dijadikan sebagai sampel berdasarkan tingkat pendidikan, jabatan atau bidang yang ia miliki. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada responden. Data primer diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 20. Pengolahan dan analisis data meliputi uji kelayakan instrumen (validitas dan reliablitas) statistik diskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa semua indikator dinyatakan valid dan semua variabel dinyatakan reliabel. Berdasarkan pada hasil yang diperoleh Uji F sebesar 2.213 dengan probabilitas signifikan 0.033 kurang dari 0.05 yang berarti bahwa model regresi layak digunakan sebagai penelitian. Berdasarkan koefisien regresi dan hasil Uji t menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Keteladanan pimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, (2) Balas jasa berpengaruh negatif terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai, (3) Sanksi Hukuman berpengaruh negatif terhadap displin kerja pegawai, (4) Hubungan kemanusiaan berpengaruh positif terhadap disiplin kerja peagawai PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Pusat Ungaran 50500. ABSTRACK This study to analyz the work discipline of employees at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Pusat Ungaran 50500. However, discipline should be the obligation of every employee but for now discipline is being done because so that employees get a positive reaction from the leadership or supervisor in charge of each department or head of the office. This can lead to less than maximal employee work discipline that occurs at PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Pusat Ungaran 50500. In this study, there were 100 employees and the sample in this study is stratified sampling, where respondent are used as samples based on their education level, position or field. Retrieval of data in this study using a questionnaire. Data were collected using a questionnaire given to respondents. Primary data were processed using SPSS version 20. Processing and data analysis included the instrument feasibility test (validity and reliability), descriptive statistics and regression analysis. The results of data processing show that all indicators are declared valid and all variables are declared reliable. Based on the results obtained, the f test is 2.213 with a significant probability of 0.033 less than 0.05, which means that the regression model is suitable for use research. Based on the regression coefficient and the result of the t test, it show that : (1) exemplary leadership has a positive effect on employee work discipline, (2) remuneration has a negative effect on employee work discipline, (3) penalties have a negative effect on employee work discipline, (4) relationship humanity has a positive effect on the work discipline of employee of PT. Pos Indonesia (persero) Pusat Ungaran 50500.
