Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas dan pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Objek yang digunakan penelitian untuk diteliti adalah industri manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada periode waktu 2016-2018. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini proses pengutipan spesimen memakai purposive sampling (menggunakan kriteria tertentu) jadi didapatkan sampel data 137 dan 260 untuk masing-masing model pada perusahaan manufaktur. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 21. Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa variabel kepemilikan manajerial memiliki pengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, variabel struktur modal yang tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas dan variabel profitabilitas yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan This study has the aim to determine the effect of managerial ownership, capital structure on profitability and the effect of profitability on firm value. The object used for research is the manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the 2016-2018 period. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. In this study the process of citing specimens using purposive sampling (using certain criteria) so that data samples of 137 and 260 were obtained for each model in manufacturing companies. In this study the method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 21 application. This study found that managerial ownership variables had a significant negative effect on profitability, capital structure variables that did not affect profitability and profitability variables that had a significant positive effect on firm value.
