Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis serta memberi bukti empiris tentang pengaruh variabel struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur 2016-2018 yang terdaftar pada BEI. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sejumlah 386 perusahaan yang telah memenuhi kriteria. Hasil pengujian dan analisis menunjukan bahwa struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan dan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. This research was conducted to analyze and provide empirical evidence about the influence of capital structure variables, company size, profitability and liquidity on firm value in manufacturing companies 2016-2018 which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 386 companies that have met the criteria. The results of testing and analysis show that capital structure, company size and profitability has an effect on firm value and liquidity has no effect on firm value.
