Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Dinas Perdagangan kota Semarang. Pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas dengan KMO dan Component matrik, uji reliabilitas dengan Cronback Alpha, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, uji R2 untuk menguji dan membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Populasi pada penelitian ini 270 karyawan di Dinas Perdagangan kota Semarang dengan sampel yang di ambil menjadi 70 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu untuk dijadikan sampel. Hasil analisis dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Competence, Organizational Culture and Leadership on employee performance at the Department of Commerce of the city of Semarang. Testing data used in this study include validity test with KMO and Component matrices, reliability test with Cronback Alpha, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, R2 test to test and prove research hypotheses. The population in this study 250 employees in the Semarang City Trade Office with a sample taken to be 70 respondents using purposive sampling that is sampling based on certain criteria to be sampled. The results of the analysis and discussion show that competence has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,
