Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden. Hasil uji validits dan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan data yang digunakan adalah valid dan reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan (X1) tidak signifikan, variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) positif signifikan, dan variabel kompensasi (X3) positif signifikan. ABSTRAK The aims of this research is to study the Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Compensation for the Employee Performance in Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah of Central Java Province. The sample in this study was 70 respondents experiments. Validity and reliability test result show the data used is valid and reliable. Based on the regression result show that the variable of leadership style (X1) is not significant, the variable of the work environment (X2) is significantly positive, and the variable of the compensation (X3) is significantly positive.
