Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis studi kelayakan pembukaan kantor cabang baru di kota Solo. Penelitian dilakukan dengan memfokuskan survei tempat, sumber daya manusia dan anlisis kelayakan investasi dengan menggunakan data perusahaan yang sudah ada dan data historikal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis aspek –aspek kelayakan usaha dan mengolah data kelayakan investasi adalah analisis SWOT, BEP dan Payback period. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa PT. YUDORI JAYA MANDIRI layak untuk membuka ncabang baru di Solo. Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility study of opening a new branch office in the city of Solo. The study was conducted by focusing on surveys of places, human resources and investment feasibility analysis using existing company data and historical data. The method used in this study to analyze aspects of business feasibility and process investment feasibility data is a SWOT analysis, BEP and Payback period. The results of this study are that PT. YUDORI JAYA MANDIRI deserves to open a new branch in Solo.
