Abstract
Perkembangan zaman terus maju, tuntutan akan teknologi smartphone terus berkembang. Pengguna smartphone kian hari kian bertambah, pembelian smartphone menjadi salah satu kendala bagi mereka yang memiliki dana minim namun ingin smartphone yang berkualitas. Oleh karena itu produk smartphone second menjadi opsi utama bagi mereka yang ingin mempunyai smartphone murah namun dengan spesifikasi yang mumpuni. Pemilihan smartphone second ini dirasa menjadi suatu hal yang menguntungkan bagi mereka yang ingin membeli smartphone secara cerdas. Dalam melihat keinginan konsumen akan tuntutan smartphone murah namun berkualitas maka ditampunglah pada sebuah kuesioner yang nantinya akan dilakukan pengujian validitas serta reliabilitasnya menggunakan bantuan software SPSS Versi 25 kemudian data diolah menggunakan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) lalu dituangkan dalam rumah kualitas atau House of Quality. Setelah dituangkan dalam gambar rumah kualitas atau House Of Quality maka dapat diketahui beberapa data keinginan konsumen serta respon teknisnya. Setelah data yang diolah dan disajikan dalam rumah kualitas atau House Of Quality maka didapatkan output berupa contoh respon teknis yang bisa dipertimbangkan lalu digunakan oleh produsen smartphone untuk memenuhi keinginan konsumen serta tingkat keutamaan yang mana yang harus segera ditingkatkan agar produsen bisa menarik banyak konsumen. Hasil penelitian ini juga sebagai pengetahuan akan dunia smartphone terlebih para konsumen yang ingin membeli smartphone secara bijak dan cerdas agar merasa diuntungkan bukan dirugikan. Abstrac The development of the Times continues forward, demand for smartphone technology continues to evolve. Smartphone users are growing in the day, the purchase of smartphones is one of the obstacles for those who have minimal funds but want a quality smartphone. Therefore, the second smartphone product is the main option for those who want to have a cheap smartphone but with qualified specifications. The choice of this second smartphone is felt to be a profitable thing for those who want to buy smartphones intelligently. In looking at consumers ' wishes for the demands of cheap but quality smartphones then it is said to be a questionnaire that will be carried out validity testing and reliability of using SPSS software version 25 then data processed using the method of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) then poured in the House of quality or home of Quality. After being poured in the picture Of the House Of quality or home Of Quality then it can be known some consumer desire data as well as technical response. After the data is processed and presented in the House Of quality or home Of Quality then obtained the output in the form of technical response that can be considered and used by the manufacturer of the smartphone to fulfill the wishes of consumers and the level of priority that should be immediately improved so that producers can attract a lot of consumers. The results of this research also as a knowledge of the smartphone world of consumers who want to buy smartphones wisely and intelligently to feel the benefit of not being harmed.
