Abstract

Setiap produk0yang dihasilkan oleh Perusahaan harus0memiliki kualitas yang baik sesuai dengan yang direncanakan. Permasalahan dasar pada setiap line produksi adalah adanya reject pada produk yang dihasilkan.0Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui0analisis pengendalian kualitas produksi Sprite 390 ml (PET) di line 6 PT X. Metode yang digunakan adalah Six Sigma (DMAIC) dan Root Cause Analysis. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan0menggunakan0Microsoft Office Excel.0PT X0 merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penghasil minuman0ringan. Pengendalian kualitas adalah suatu 0kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk menjamin produk dengan kualitas yang baik0hingga ke tangan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa reject yang diperoleh total reject dari ketiga jenis kecacatan tersebut0Cap Quality (CQ) merupakan reject yang paling mendominasi yaitu sebesar 206.496 pcs yang disebabkan oleh 20faktor yang mendominasi, yakni Machine 0an Material. Nilai0DPMO yang diperoleh adalah0577 pcs untuk 1 juta unit Sprite 390 ml (PET), dan nilai Sigma 4,75. Berdasarkan perhitungan Peta Kendali P (P-Chart) hasil0yang0didapatkan reject di line 60berada pada kondisi yang belum terkendali. Abstract Every product produced by the company must be of good quality as planned. The basic problem in each production line is the reject in the product. The purpose of this study, namely to determine the quality control analysis of the production of 390 ml Sprite (PET) in line 6 PT X. The method used is Six Sigma (DMAIC) and Root Cause Analysis. The analysis was conduted using Microsoft Office Excel. PT X is a company engaged in the production of soft drinks. Quality control is an activity that aims to ensure products of good quality reach consumers. Based on the research results, the total reject subtained from the three types of defects were Cap Quality (CQ) was the most dominant reject, namely 206,496 pcs which was caused by 2 dominating factors, namely Machine and Material. The value of DPMO obtained was 577 pcs for 1 million 390 ml Sprite unit (PET), and sigma value of 4,75. Based on the calculation of the control chart P (P-Chart) the results obtained are reject in line 6 are in uncontrolled conditions.
