Aditya Mandiri is one of the factories in Pati City precisely in Batursari Village, Batangan District. The company is engaged in the processing of consumption salt which originates from raw salt without raw iodine or iodine content below the standard and is then processed into a practical consumption consumption iodized salt product with various types of brands. The problem that occurs at this time is the placement of goods of finished products whose placement is not good or as long as they are placed in an empty place and there is no gap or distance from one type of product to another so that it will be difficult for employees when placing and taking goods, besides the lack of implementation 5S principles in warehouses, especially in visual management in finished product warehouses that make warehouse conditions less orderly. The purpose of this study is to propose improvements to the layout and organization of goods in the finished product warehouse to make it more orderly and efficient. The method used in warehouse management is the shared storage and 5S approach. The result of the shared storage approach is that the proposed layout is set to 12 areas for each type of product with an area of 8 , it can accommodate 1,372 ball of products, whereas the previous condition was only arranged in 2 areas. As well as the 5S approach, 5 proposals can be applied to organize products in the warehouse to be more orderly and neat
