Abstract
Performance is a thing that is individualized, because every employee has a different level of skill to do his/her works. Every company management could measure their employee based on the ability of their employee. Performance is an act and it is not like an event. The action consists of many components and it is not a result that we can see on that time. PT. SMS FINANCE is a company which focus on the financial services experience. This company has many problems. One of problem is about the decrease of their employee performance, so that the company must be able to improve the performance of their employee. This problem will be solved by using AHP method. This method function to find what alternatives will be used by the company based on the performance criteria of their employee. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a methodology used for decision making of many problems to take a decision from many problems. Basically, AHP finds the priority decision from many alternatives. The process of AHP starts by making hierarchical structures of the problem will be studied. By using the AHP methodology, in the strategy of improving the performance of employees with various alternatives it can be seen that the highest priority to improving the quality is 0,3871. Then, about an increasing of the infrastructures is 0,3610 and the last is about increasing welfare totally is 0,2519
