Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh nilai pelanggan, kepercayaan dan persepsi harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen Spektra (studi pada PT Federal International Finance Cabang Semarang 1). Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen Spektra. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode penyebaran kuisioner sebanyak 110 responden yang sudah pernah atau sedang menjalin kontrak kredit dengan Spektra. Teknik pengujian data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas dengan loading factor, uji reliabilitas dengan alpha cronbach dan uji analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Spektra, kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Spektra, nilai pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen Spektra ABSTRACT This research is to explain the effect of customer value, trust and price perception on consumer satisfaction Spektra (study at PT Federal International Finance Cabang Semarang 1). The population in this study were all Spektra consumers. Collecting data in this study using the method of distributing questionnaires as many as 110 respondents who had or are currently establishing credit contracts with Spektra. The data testing technique used in this study was the validity test with loading factors, the reliability test with alpha cronbach and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Spektra, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Spektra, customer value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction Spektra.
