Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi, worklife balance terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, penelitiannya dilakukan terhadap pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan responden sejumlah 90 responden. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan yaitu purposive sampling. Untuk data primer didapatkan dengan memakai kuesioner. Data primer diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 2. Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa uji instrument, uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Pada hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif 0,373 dan nilai sig. 0,001. (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif 0,272 dan nilai sig 0,007. (3) Worklife balance berpengaruh positif 0,252 dan nilai sig. 0,012 terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Jawa Tengah. (4) Budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan worklife balance berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (dengan uji F 55,683 dengan tingkat nilai sig 0.000). (5) Budaya organisasi, kompensasi, dan worklife balance terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 64,8% (R² 0,648). ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, compensation, and work-life balance on employee performance at the Central Java Provincial Health Office, this reseach was conducted on employees of the Central Java Provincial Health Office. The population in this study were all employees of the Central Java Provincial Health Office with 90 respondents. The technique used is purposive sampling. Primary data were obtained using a questionnaire. Primary data were processed using SPSS version 2. This test was carried out with several instrument tests, multiple regression tests and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study it can be concluded that: (1) organizational culture has a positive effect on 0,373 and sig. 0,001. (2) compensation has a positive effect of 0,272 and a sig. value of 0,007. (3) worklife balance has a positive effect of 0,252 and sig. 0,012 on the performance of the employees of the Central Java Provincial Health Office. (4) Organizational culture, compensation, and work-life balance have an effect on employee performance (with the F test of 55,683 with a sig value of 0,000). (5) Organizational culture, compensation, and work-life balance on employee performance is 64,8% (R² 0,648)
